Tamil Nadu HRD process time and fees are not the same for all universities. Normal documentation needs the following;
- Passport size 2 photos
- Offer letter copy, if available
- Original certificate on which HRD has to be done
- Passport xerox front and back, Email id and Contact Number of the candidate
- For degree certificate, mark sheet copies of all semesters or consolidated marks memo
