Document Apostille generally used outside India and which authenticates that your certificates are genuine. This certificate is usually needed by people who are travelling to work or study outside the country or your company is undertaking a contract or set up an establishment overseas. Most of which not all organisations will require that an Apostille certificate be presented in order for the documents to be accepted. - Apostille can be done in two different process one with Sate
- Authentication and another without state authentication
APOSTILLE CAN BE DONE WITH THE FOLLWING PROCEDURE (HRD+APOSTILLE)
OPTION 1: (HRD+APOSTILLE)
Degree Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates, affidavits and Single Status Affidavits etc., Will be first attested by the Home Department of the State from you Acquired your Certificates then will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (APOSTILLE) from New Delhi
OPTION 2: (SDM + APOSTILLE)
Degree Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates, affidavits and Single Status Affidavits etc., Will be first attested by the Sub Divisional Magistrate then will be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (APOSTILLE) from New Delhi
Please Note: for Commercial Documents like company invoices, health Certificates and certificate of origin these documents will be attested by Chamber of Commerce then Apostille done.
