1.Original Passport with minimum six month validity
2.Two Photographs with white background (35 mm x45 mm size 80% face coverage glossy finish )
3.Visa Application form
4.Personal covering letter with travel date and expenses mention (Note) letter should be addressing "TO THE PHILIPPINE HONORARY CONSULATE GENERAL CHENNAI".
5.Personal bank statement 6 months with bank seal with balance of 1,00,000/-
6.Six months Salary slips
7.Personal income tax return of 3 years,
8.Leave approval letter from the company,
9.Confirmed Hotel Booking (we can arrange hotel booking)
10.Ticket Itinerary (we can arrange ticket itinerary)
11.If you are invited by any family member or friends then an Invitation letter from Philippines is required
12.Sponsor Passport copy with Notary, work permit copy and Residence permit copy is required.

7.Original Invitation letter from company In Philippines on the letter head with notary mentioning travel dates, expenses incurred with all contact details.
8.Personal income tax return of 3 years.
9.Company Bank statement for Six months with bank seal and Sign on all pages and a letter from bank is also required.
10.Confirmed Hotel Booking (we can arrange hotel booking)
11.Ticket Itinerary (we can arrange ticket itinerary)
12.Company Registration copies from India and Philippines
13.Securities and exchange commission registration copy is also required
