Marriage Certificates
- Passport copies of the couple together with the original Marriage Certificate
- 2 passport size photos to be submitted
Birth Certificates
- Passport copy of the applicant
- 2 photos
- Original Birth certificate
Degree or PG Certificates
- Passport copy of the applicant
- 2 photos
- Mark sheet copies of the concerned Degree or P G course and original Certificate.
- Offer letter if the particular office asks
