Attestation of Certificates is always mandatory whether you are applying for Employment/Residence/Commercial Visa purpose. The Term Attestation is nothing but legalizing a Document from The Concerned Embassy to verify the Documents issued from various departments are Authentic or Fake.
Attestation on Documents is often requiredby the Employer to legalize it from the Concerned Embassy to very that the Documents are Genuine
If you have been offered an employment in Qatar Then The process is as follows
Step 1) HOME AUTHTHENTICATION/HRD is done from the State from Where the Certificate is issued
Step 2) MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS from Delhi (MEA)
Step 3) QATAR EMBASSY ATTESTATION is the Final Process.
IMPORTANT NOTE: FOR QATAR EMBASSY ATTESTATION ALL THE 3 DOUCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED
- Degree
- Mark sheet.
- A Bonafied/Verification letter from College is required
PROCESS FOR NON EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES (HRD/MEA/QATAR EMBASSY)
OPTION 1)
Step 1) HOME AUTHTHENTICATION/HRD is done from the State from Where the Certificate is issued
Step 2) MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS from Delhi (MEA)
Step 3) QATAR EMBASSY ATTESTATION and this is the Final Process.
OPTION 2
Step 1) Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) will be attested from Delhi in the place of State HRD
Step 2) MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS from Delhi (MEA)
Step 3) QATAR EMBASSY ATTESTATION and this is the Final Process.
